This gated community with 24hour security will consist of six floors with one-, two-bedroom apartments and studios. The internal courtyard with its recreational facilities and a swimming pool is completely isolated from the exterior sounds. There will be also a small commercial centre.

There will not only be the 196 tasteful designed and spacious studios and apartments within the complex but also a separate building with parking facilities.
Apartments come with PVC window frames, latex painted walls, laminated parquet flooring and terracotta, air Conditioning, cable TV and telephone outlets, terracotta tiles in bathrooms and all sanitary equipment is included.
